CLIENT: LIGHTCRAFT MEDIA COLLECTIVE
Lightcraft is a media production house working with light as both tool and language, shaping visual stories across photography and film. The brand identity was developed to give form to this sensibility, distilling Lightcraft’s approach to storytelling into a clear and flexible system. Rooted in the nuances of photographic lighting, the identity features a modular logo structure designed to adapt across contexts, offering a restrained yet expressive foundation for the studio’s identity.
With light considered as a medium rather than merely a technique, the identity is shaped by the role of lighting in film. Using conditions from key and fill to ambient and practical light, the suite of graphic elements reflects the studio’s commitment to craft while centring on the fundamental relationship between light and image as a core brand idea.
Designed as a flexible system rather than a fixed mark, the logo adapts across static and animated applications, allowing the identity to respond to context while remaining unmistakably Lightcraft.
