Italian Chef Mirko Febbrile is no stranger to Singaporean culture, and neither is his love for our local hawker centres—as an ode to Singapore, together with The Lo & Behold Group, we launched a pop-up campaign to bring two worlds together through the love of Italian food.

Collaborating with young local chef Clarence Chooi of Nudedles.4, the month-long pop-up in Chinatown Complex shares the joy of humble, comforting and authentic pasta with every auntie, uncle and neighbour.



We embraced the multi-lingual design language of Singaporean hawkers and bright, zesty colours to match the vibrant buzz found in Chinatown Complex hawker centre. Using gritty and plain pasar[1] vernacular, we translated the misconception of ‘fancy’ Italian cuisine into an accessible, honest experience.
